Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl (or Mason jar) and mix completely.
- Use 2 ounces of marinade for any piece of meat (chicken, beef, pork, seafood, etc.) and let it sit in the marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Marinade can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
