Peach salsa is a sweeter take on pico de gallo, except the chunky salsa is made with fresh peaches instead of tomatoes. This bright and fresh condiment can be used as a dip for chips or garnish for grilled meat, poultry and fish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped peeled fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
