Honey Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) beer

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour and sugar. Stir in honey and beer just until moistened.
  2. Transfer to a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool.
