Honey-Baked Chicken for Two

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in chicken breast halves (8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Place chicken in a greased or foil-lined 9-in. square baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; cook and stir over low heat until well blended and heated through. Pour over chicken.
  3. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reaches 170°, 30-35 minutes longer. Baste before serving.
