Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 medium lime, juiced
  • 2 to 3 packages frozen miniature phyllo tart shells, baked
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, fresh minced cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; heat through.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ranch and lime juice until blended; set aside.
  3. Place phyllo cups onto a baking sheet. Fill with taco meat; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with lime ranch. Garnish as desired with green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro.
