Copycat Starbucks Apple Crisp Oat Milk Shaken Espresso

This copycat Starbucks apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso is as good as the real thing, but you don't need to leave the house! With a few simple tricks, you can make the frothy, flavorful coffee drink in your kitchen.
Ingredients
- BROWN SUGAR SYRUP:
- 1/4 cup apple juice or cider
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- SHAKEN ESPRESSO DRINK:
- 4-1/2 ounces brewed espresso, cooled
- 3 tablespoons oat milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine apple juice or cider and brown sugar; stir. Add cinnamon stick; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and mixture has reduced slightly. Remove from heat and add vanilla; let cool.
- Fill a Mason jar with ice. Top with brown sugar syrup and espresso. Seal with lid and shake until ingredients are combined and mixture is slightly frothy. Add ice to a 16-ounce glass. Pour espresso mixture over the ice; top with oat milk. Serve immediately.
