Cheesy Bruschetta Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 8 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 French bread baguette, sliced and toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spread cream cheese and goat cheese into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Evenly distribute tomatoes, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper over top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  2. Bake until bubbly and browned, 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil; serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.
