Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili paste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 3 cups cantaloupe balls (about 1 medium cantaloupe)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients (plus cayenne, if desired). Add cantaloupe; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Stir to recoat and serve.
